Ruffis.

So ive been busy studying like crazy and looking for ANOTHER job. yes i got a job! thank God. im working at Soldier Field for a "Private Club" in concessions. And even though i am very very grateful for this job and excited to get my foot in the door....i still need another one because i will only work on days of football games..soo....yea....
but the last demonstration Chef did was when he cooked this guinea bird...i was nervous about it, if it aint chicken iono...i named him Ruffis before he was chopped up and seasoned.
Ruffis ended up tasting quite delightful.



Yesterday was a BEAUTIFUL DAY!!! Just so beautiful.
in the A.M. we went to a chocolate buffet at the school.......yummm.....it was ==> whatitis.com
it was the students in the Pastry Programs last day so they made a whole bunch of chocolatey goodness and there was some sugar sculptures too. im excited to take the course!!!
